How to Use AI Tools to Increase Content Output and Income

With AI Tools the key is to focus on SPEED and SCALE. What lets you work faster, and what lets you increase your outputs, all without diminishing quality or in fact, improving the quality.

Imagine that you can use editing tools that allow you to take what would normally be 4 hours of editing down to 90 minutes of editing, because you've been able to get your rough-cuts done with a few clicks, transcriptions, automate b-roll and master your audio very quickly?

That is more time to invest into making the quality of the content magnitudes better.

This gives you an absurd speed advantage. Now lets take this further, and imagine that you can scale this content beyond your YouTube channel, and have clips and vertical short-form, but instead of spending thousands of dollars or hours of time it can be handled by AI Tools.

From a workflow standpoint the real key to AI tools and automation is to extract more value out of your quality assets. You still need to have good inputs to have good outcomes.

AI Tools can clearly improve upon your audio, video and written content, but also can help repurpose those assets and allow you to extract more value from them across monetized platforms.

This is why they shouldn't be viewed as a pure replacement but should be looked at from the standpoint of enhancement.

NEW CHATGPT 4o Updates are Most Impressive

The new ChatGPT 4o update is actually mind blowing in terms of its capabilities. The most important updates in my opinion for creators are Data Analysis, Audio and Video Uploads , Memory, and Real-time Translation. Also the updates to DALLE-3 with Images are fairly impressive.

CHATGPT 4o IMPROVEMENTS

1. Memory Capabilities:
   • ChatGPT can now remember user preferences and details shared during interactions. For instance, it can remember how you prefer your meeting notes formatted or specific personal details like a favorite hobby. Users can manage and control these memories, including turning off memory, deleting specific memories, or clearing all memory data from settings​ (OpenAI)​.
2. Real-Time Translation:
   • ChatGPT-4.0 has significantly improved its translation accuracy. It performs well in translating high-resource languages and is competitive with commercial translation tools like Google Translate and Microsoft Translator. This makes it a reliable option for real-time translation tasks​ (Pluralsight)​​ (OpenAI)​.
3. Audio and Video Analysis:
   • Advanced Data Analysis (ADA) in ChatGPT-4.0 supports multiple file formats, including audio and video. Users can upload these files directly to ChatGPT for analysis. This feature allows ChatGPT to transcribe audio using OpenAI’s Whisper API, and it can analyze images and videos for various applications, such as troubleshooting issues or extracting information from media content​ (MIT Sloan LT)​.
   • Additionally, new voice capabilities enable users to engage in voice conversations with ChatGPT, enhancing accessibility and usability. This feature leverages advanced text-to-speech and speech recognition technologies to facilitate seamless spoken interactions​ (OpenAI)​.

DALLE 3 IMPROVEMENTS

1. Enhanced Image Generation: DALL-E 3 produces images that are more visually striking and detailed compared to its predecessor. It has been trained on improved image captions, which allows it to pay closer attention to the textual descriptions provided by users, resulting in images that better match the provided prompts. The model excels in generating intricate details such as text, hands, and faces, and responds well to detailed prompts, supporting both landscape and portrait orientations​ (OpenAI)​.
2. Handling Text in Images: Despite advancements, DALL-E 3 still faces challenges with accurately rendering text within images. The model can often misinterpret or incorrectly render textual content in images. For example, while it shows promise in creating book covers, the text may still contain errors, and it is recommended to use additional tools for text editing to achieve professional results​ (Akkio)​.
3. Creative Control and Ethical Use: DALL-E 3 includes safety measures to decline requests that might generate sensitive content or mimic the style of living artists. It also allows creators to opt out their images from being used in training future models, which helps address concerns about the ethical use of AI-generated content​ (OpenAI)​​ (OpenAI)​.
4. Integration with ChatGPT: The integration of DALL-E 3 with ChatGPT simplifies the process of generating images directly within the ChatGPT environment, enhancing the usability of the tool for creating diverse visual content, from social media posts to complex story illustrations​ (Akkio)​.

So what does this all mean for Creators?

Well if you use ChatGPT 4 for example to upload screenshots of your YouTube videos page with thumbnails and view counts as well as titles, you could ask it to analyze this for patterns that suggest what content you should make if you want to increase your views and what about your thumbnails can and should be improved.

As a Podcaster, you could have it analyze your audio track and find the best soundbites and quotable moments from your guest in an episode and you could use that as content.

With DALLE-3 ChatGTP 4o is capable of accurately doing things like hand lettering and typography based images.
